Caressa is a blessed mother of two grown children. When not working with seniors and their families, she enjoys spending time at the beach, lazy Sundays and the Green Bay Packers.

Prior to CarePatrol, Caressa worked in assisted living for 18 years in different capacities, specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's and served as Community Director of Marketing.
